About me
Hi! I’m Pablo Churin, a comic book artist from Argentina.
As part of the Altercomics group of artists, I have worked for major publishers in the American comic book industry, contributing to titles such as Hybrid for Studio-407, Thief: Tales from the City for Dark Horse Comics, El General San Martín for Ovni Press, and God Is Dead for Avatar Press.
I have also worked on a variety of webcomics, including Legion of Bounce, Bounce Chix and Dragons, and The Secret Histeria of Pepper Parker for MTJ Publishing, as well as Growing Heroics, Queen Vespa, and The Welsh Dragon for Interweb Comics.
My work also includes illustrations for coloring books such as Buffy, The Vampire Slayer, Serenity, and Dragon Age, published by Dark Horse Comics, as well as artwork for card games, including Legendary: Revelations, an expansion for the Marvel Deck Building Game, published by Upper Deck.
Beyond my work as a freelancer, I also develop creator-owned projects. Together with Exequiel Fernández Roel, I co-created Siete Nexos, a fantasy and science fiction story in which the balance between Order and Chaos is threatened when the Entity of Chaos uses the Seven Deadly Sins to drag existence into Limbo.
I’m also currently developing Aeris: Valor, a science-fantasy adventure set in a world of floating islands, where a group of aerial messengers from rival clans must put aside their differences and learn to cooperate in order to survive a dangerous mission.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across comics, illustration, and entertainment, collaborating on projects spanning a wide range of genres and formats. Today, I continue to explore these possibilities both through commissioned work and by creating stories and worlds of my own.
